“Hot Chicks With Douchebags” is a book by Jay Louis. Jay Louis lampoons the party-goers who are Hot Chicks and their male friends. Jay Louis calls the guys the Douchebags. Three women from New Jersey, whose photos appeared in “Hot Chicks with Douchebags” have sued the author and publisher. Yvette Gorzelany, 22; Joanna Obiedzinski, 21; and Paulina Pakos, 24, claimed that Jay Louis’ book harmed them and forced them to get medical treatment and psychological therapy, as well as causing them financial losses.

Joanna Obiedzinski claimed she lost a job application because her picture was in the book. Paulina Pakos alleged she lost her boyfriend after he saw her photo in “Hot Chicks with Douchebags.” Jay Louis published his book, Hot Chicks With Douchebags in July 2008. If anything, this law suit will generate more publicity for Jay Louis. It is queer that the Douchebags have not sued but the Hot Chicks have sued.
